requires 8-10 working days.

orders?
A: There is a low minimum order quantity; we can provide 1 unit for
inspection.
Q4. How do you ship, and how long does it take?
A: We ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT, which usually takes 3-5
days. Air and sea freight options are also available.
Q5. How do I place an order for a high-resolution inkjet printer?
A: First, let us know your requirements or application.
Second, we will quote based on your needs or our suggestions.
Third, the customer confirms the sample and pays a deposit to
officially place the order.
Fourth, we arrange production.
Q6. Can I print my logo on the high-resolution inkjet products?
A: Yes, please formally inform us before production.
Q7. Do you provide a product warranty?
A: Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty on our products.
Q8. How do you handle defective products?
A: First, our products are manufactured under a strict quality
control system, with a defect rate of less than 0.1%.
Second, during the warranty period, we will provide replacements
for small batches of defective machines. For large batches of
defective products, we will repair and return them or discuss
solutions based on the actual situation, including recalls.
